Delete Your Account

Overview

If you wish to delete your KasWarung account, you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible — once your account is deleted, all data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please follow these steps:

  Send an email to admin@kaswarung.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

  Include the following information: your registered email address, business name, and the reason for deletion (optional).

  Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 3 business days.

  You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been scheduled for deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  Your account profile (email, display name)

  Business information (business name, address, logo)
• 3
  All products, categories, and pricing data
• 4
  Inventory and stock records
• 5
  Purchase orders and supplier data
• 6
  All sales transactions and payment records

  Customer data and loyalty records

  Employee accounts linked to your business

  Shift and cash movement records
• 10
  Reports and exported documents

Data Retention Period

After your deletion request is approved:

  Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will lose access

  All personal and business data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

  Anonymized analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for service improvement

  Active subscriptions will be cancelled — no further charges will apply
