Refund Policy

1. General Terms

KasWarung provides a free trial period of 14 days so you can thoroughly evaluate our services before committing to a paid plan. During the trial period, you will not be charged anything and no credit card is required.

Due to the availability of an adequate trial period, we do not provide refunds for paid subscription plans, except under the conditions mentioned in the next section.

2. Refund-Eligible Conditions

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

Billing Error (Double Charge)

If a technical error in our system or payment gateway (Midtrans) causes you to be charged more than once for the same invoice, we will process a full refund for the excess charge.

Charge After Cancellation

If you have cancelled your subscription before the next billing cycle but were still charged due to a system error, you are entitled to a full refund for that charge.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. 1Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days after the problematic transaction occurred.
  2. 2Include the following information: business name, account email, Transaction ID / Midtrans Order ID, proof of payment, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. 3Our team will review your request within 3 (three) business days and inform you of the result via email.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the claim is approved.
  • Funds will be returned to the original account or payment method used during the transaction.
  • Administrative fees charged by the bank or payment gateway (if any) are the responsibility of the bank/payment gateway.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings → Subscription menu in the KasWarung dashboard.

  • Cancellation means you will not be charged on the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to the service until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for remaining unused days/months after cancellation.

6. Plan Upgrade and Downgrade

  • Upgrade: Changing to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The price difference is calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining period.
  • Downgrade: Changing to a lower plan takes effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refund is provided for the price difference.

7. Downtime Compensation

If KasWarung experiences a major outage (downtime) totaling more than 48 consecutive hours that is not caused by scheduled maintenance, we may provide compensation in the form of subscription extension according to our internal policy. This compensation does not apply in the form of cash refunds.
