1. Introduction

Welcome to KasWarung. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and point-of-sale services provided by KasWarung ("Services"). By registering and using our Services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.

2. Service Description

KasWarung provides a cloud-based retail management system on a subscription (SaaS) model. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Point of Sale (POS) — sales transaction processing
• Product Management — catalog, variants, and units (UOM)
• Inventory Management — multi-outlet stock, transfers, stock opname
• Purchasing — purchase orders and goods receipt
• Employee Management — role-based access control
• Customer Management — CRM and loyalty
• Reports & Analytics — sales, P&L, and business performance

Available features depend on the subscription plan you choose.

3. Payment and Subscription

• Subscription plan payments are billed at the beginning of the subscription period (prepaid), either monthly or annually.
• We use Midtrans as a third-party payment gateway to process payments securely. Payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallet, and QRIS.
• All prices are displayed and billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Subscriptions can be renewed automatically or manually according to the billing preferences you set in the dashboard.

4. Price and Service Changes

KasWarung reserves the right to change subscription plan prices and/or features available in each plan. Price changes will be communicated to active customers via email or in-app notification at least 30 (thirty) days before the change takes effect. New prices will apply on the next billing cycle after notification.

5. Account and Data Security

• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, including employee accounts you create.
• KasWarung is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.
• Your transaction and inventory data is stored securely using industry standards (encryption, Row-Level Security). Each business's data is strictly isolated between tenants.
• We will not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, source code, features, and technology used in the KasWarung platform are the property of KasWarung and are protected by applicable copyright laws in Indonesia. By subscribing, you obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services according to your subscription plan.

7. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use KasWarung Services for:

• Activities that violate applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia
• Storing or distributing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Reselling access to the platform without written permission from KasWarung
• Taking actions that could endanger the security or integrity of the system

Violations of the above terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

8. Service Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the KasWarung dashboard. Cancellation means you will not be billed in the next billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of the paid period. Your business data will be stored for 90 (ninety) days after suspension, after which we reserve the right to permanently delete it.

9. Limitation of Liability

KasWarung Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." We make our best efforts to maintain service availability and reliability, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or free from errors.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be sought to be resolved through deliberation. If not reached within 30 days, the parties agree to resolve through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or the competent court.

11. Changes to Terms

KasWarung reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
