Practical steps to open a new branch in KasWarung
Navigate to Settings → Outlets tab → click 'Add Outlet'. Enter the store name, street address, and contact number.
Go to Settings → Registers tab. Click 'Add Register' and link it to the newly created outlet (e.g. 'Register 1 - Downtown Branch').
Click 'Pairing Code' for that register in the portal. Open KasWarung on the cashier tablet, tap Pair Device, and input the 6-digit code.
Open Staff & Access menu. Edit or invite the cashier and select the assigned branch outlet.
Go to Inventory → Stock Transfers → create a transfer from your primary store to the new branch. When items arrive, the branch cashier confirms receipt.
